Enjoy 'Feasting in the Streets' in Downtown New Bern for the MumFest kick-off event: MumFEAST! There will be outdoor dining at Cypress Hall, Baxter's and The Chelsea, food trucks, a beer garden, games and live music with Sam Lewis!
