Please do not bring:
Outside food or beverages, alcoholic or otherwise,
Coolers and pitchers,
Bikes, skateboards, hover boards, scooters, roller blades, or any other self-propelled vehicles,
laser pointers.

There is to be no:
Unauthorized soliciting,
Unauthorized sound amplification devices,
Panhandling as cited in City Code Sec 46-10
Smoking in any tented area,
Climbing on stages or interfering with performances,
Defacing property within the MumFest grounds (this will result in prosecution).

Please note:
Shoes and shirts must be worn.
Picketers and picketing shall be subject to all applicable local, state and federal laws, please see City of New Bern ordinance, Sec. 66-84. - Picketing regulations.

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)/drone policy:
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, MumFest strictly prohibits the operation of or use of any unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as "Drones," on or from all MumFest events without specific written permission from an official of Swiss Bear, Inc. and the City of New Bern. This includes all UAVs regardless of size, weight, or purpose.
