MumFest is all about fun, so there are guidelines in place to make sure that everyone has a good time.
ALL GUIDELINES APPLY TO BOTH MUMFEST AND THE CONCERT UNLESS NOTED.
Please do not bring:
outside food or beverages, alcoholic or otherwise,
coolers and pitchers,
pets, except personal service dogs,
bikes, skateboards, hover boards, scooters, roller blades, or any other self-propelled vehicles,
There is to be no:
unauthorized sound amplification devices,
smoking in any tented areas or indoor venues,
climbing on stages,
defacing property within the MumFest grounds (this will result in prosecution),
unauthorized audio/video recording at the concert,
unauthorized drones on or over MumFest events or venues,
Please note: shoes and shirts must be worn.
UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES (UAVS)/DRONE POLICY
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, MumFest strictly prohibits the operation of or use of any unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as “Drones,” on, from, or above MumFest events or venues without specific written permission from an official of Swiss Bear Downtown Development Corp. and the city of New Bern. This includes all UAVs regardless of size, weight, or purpose.

WEAPONS ARE PROHIBITED.
ALL OTHER GUIDELINES OF MumFest APPLY TO THE CONCERT. MumFest reserves the right to inspect and search all guests entering the concert. Guests should be prepared to have all hand carried items open and ready for inspection. Hand carried items include, but are not limited to bags, purses, camera cases, etc.
Camera policy for MumFest Kick-off Concert
Video recording devices are strictly prohibited from the concert.
Simple cameras for personal use and cell phone cameras are permitted, however, video recording using a cell phone camera is not allowed.
For the safety of others, selfie-sticks are not permitted.
Tripods and monopods are prohibited.
Cameras and cases are subject to search upon entering the venue.
The official camera policy may be modified based upon the requests of artists/performers.
Please be courteous to those guests around you when taking pictures.
