Please do not bring:
Outside food or beverages, alcoholic or otherwise, or coolers and pitchers.  No bikes, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, rollerblades, or any other self-propelled vehicles.

There is to be no:

Unauthorized soliciting or unauthorized sound amplification devices.  No panhandling as cited in City Code Sec 46-10.  No smoking in any tented area or cimbing on stages or interfering with performances.
No defacing property within the MumFest grounds (this will result in prosecution).

Shoes and shirts must be worn.

Picketers and picketing shall be subject to all applicable local, state and federal laws under City of New Bern ordinance, Sec. 66-84.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, MumFest prohibits the operation of or use of any unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as "Drones," on or from all MumFest events without specific written permission from an official of Swiss Bear, Inc. and the City of New Bern. This includes all UAVs regardless of size, weight, or purpose.
